My wife had to head to Memphis for work and I figured I would surprise her and send flowers to say I missed her and I purchased online with Flowers of Memphis. My wife sent me pictures of the flowers to kind of harass me and they looked great. They were delivered on time since I had to set up delivery to the hotel, and to top it off the purchase was set up through their website which was also stupid easy. All in all, I was a bit worried purchasing flowers from a distance but Flowers of Memphis made it easy and delivered.

I ordered a standing spray for a funeral from Flowers of Memphis. I discussed what I wanted with John. They were very responsive. Great communication. They texted a photo to me when they had finished and had delivered it to the church. It was a wonderful arrangement. I had several people comment on how beautiful the flowers were after the service. Once again John came thru for my family. No one is better at reading what you want thru a call or visit at his shop. Without a doubt, the BEST flower shop in Memphis! I placed an order last minute Valentine’s Day morning and called them after 6 PM because we didn’t have the flowers yet. I spoke to the owner, who apologized PROFUSELY. There was an issue with the carrier company they had hired to deliver flowers and things weren’t getting delivered. But he was so genuine and apologetic that it didn’t even matter. Things happen that are sometimes out of our control and it certainly was not his fault! I called the afternoon on the next day to see if the flowers were going to be delivered and he told me they were and let me tell you…it was TOTALLY worth getting them a day late. They are the freshest and most gorgeous flower arrangement I have ever ordered. None of the flowers were wilted or half dead. And the flowers actually smell like flowers! So many times roses are beautiful, but don’t smell. Not the ones from this company! You can smell the sweet aroma of all the flowers throughout the entire downstairs. Even though my first experience was a bit crazy, I will absolutely be giving Flowers of Memphis all of my business in the future. Their prices are reasonable and their arrangements are gorgeous! 11/10 would recommend for the flowers and the customer service!

I was sent a photo of the arrangement and it was large and very nice. Although I specifically asked that No lily Be in the delivery due to pollen allergies of the recipient …. there were lilies! Fran was very nice and helpful on the phone while ordering since I was calling from out of town. The no Lilly request was just overlooked.

Just incredible, in a 5 minute phone call I was able to arrange for flowers to be delivered to my sister. Ease of ordering aside, the flowers that arrived were beyond what I expected and a much better value than ordering from the third party sites. Johnny was extremely helpful and professional.

I contacted them a few days before Valentine’s Day for a funeral arrangement for my Dad’s funeral. I had already contacted a few florists and been quickly denied because of the busy season, but when I asked the gentleman who answered the phone at Flowers of Memphis if he had time during this busy season to make a funeral arrangement, his immediate response was that he ALWAYS has time for that. He even contacted the funeral director on my behalf when I didn’t know how to answer some of his questions. I'm from out of state and took a leap of faith ordering based on the reviews and I was not disappointed! I asked for a mix of purple hued flowers with yellows to brighten it up a bit set in a purple vase. It was just like I asked for and my aunt was thrilled with the beautiful arrangements. John did the flowers for my wedding on 10/07/2021. I have to say I was blown away by the arrangements he made!!! He listened to exactly what I wanted, got my teal colored roses, and helped set up the venue like a champ! My bouquet and the boutonnieres were gorgeous! I live out of state and placed an order for same day delivery with Flowers of Memphis in Cordova. When searching for a florist, it took a bit to find one who was both open on Saturdays and who could do same day delivery. The service here was beyond exceptional! The gentleman I spoke with was enthusiastic and friendly and helped me pick the perfect birthday bouquet on their website. The flowers were delivered within 1.5 hours of placing the order and they were beautiful - exactly as pictured. Couldn’t recommend this business enough!

Even got a call from a guy there and who wanted to apologize because the tulips I order wasn’t good quality due to Tulip shortage. He couldn’t send out Bad quality and I respect that.
